Bell Partners Inc. has announced Anne W. Ossewaarde to have join as the new senior vice president asset and portfolio management effective as of January 26, 2015.
Greensboro, N.C.–Bell Partners Inc. has announced Anne W. Ossewaarde to have join as the new senior vice president asset and portfolio management effective as of January 26, 2015.
With 30 years of experience, Ossewaarde joins Bell from CBRE Global Investors in Atlanta where she served as managing director and head of multi-family asset management. During her tenure, Ossewaarde was responsible for over 13,000 garden, mid-rise and CBD high-rise multifamily units valued at more than $2.0 billion. While serving as an executive director and principal of Morgan Stanley/Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Ossewaarde held asset management responsibilities for various units valuing more than $3.5 billon.
Additionally, Ossewaarde has been a member of various other real estate-related companies including, Trammell Crow Residential, AEGON USA Realty Management, and UBS Brinson Realty Advisors.
