Baldonado Joins RealFacts/Meyers

Rick Baldonado has joined RealFacts/Meyers in the role of vice president, where he will be responsible for business development and marketing to provide data, analysis and consulting services nationally to the multifamily industry.

Prior to joining RealFacts/Meyers, Baldonado was a regional director at Metrostudy, Hanley Wood Market Intelligence and the Meyers Group. He guided his clients with comprehensive housing-market information so his clients could source new deals, monitor their portfolio, and perform valuations and disposition strategies. He has worked closely with REITs, hedge funds, developers, homebuilders, lenders, government agencies and appraisers.

Rick graduated from Colorado State University in 1995 with a B.A. in economics. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Home Builders and National Multi Housing Council.
