Audubon Communities Welcomes New VP of Construction
Josh Boling will oversee all pre-and post-acquisition construction planning and management for the firm. Prior to joining the company, he served at Fairway Construction and Cortland Partners.
Audubon Communities, a company specializing in the acquisition and management of multifamily properties across the Southeast, added Josh Boling as vice president of construction. In his new role, he will be involved in nearly every aspect of construction management, also overseeing construction planning and management for the firm.
Before joining Audubon Communities, Boling worked for Fairway Construction. Prior to that, Boling oversaw the renovation of more than 2,000 units across the Southeast for Cortland Partners. He also worked in the engineering industry as a consultant in the design and construction administration for multi-million dollar, private, state and federally funded projects.
“Josh is an expert in all aspects of construction administration. With years of experience and several large real estate projects under his belt, Josh will make an immediate positive impact on our business, overseeing all of our active properties,” said Audubon Managing Director Christopher Edwards, in prepared remarks.
Most recently, Audubon Communities revealed the $11 million second phase of Westpark Club, an apartment community in Athens, Ga.
