Auction.com Adds Mindy Heppberger as Chief Legal Officer

Irvine, Calif.—Auction.com LLC, an online real estate marketplace, announced the appointment of Mindy Heppberger as executive vice president and chief legal officer. In her new role, the former vice president and deputy general counsel will oversee all legal, regulatory, intellectual property, government relations, compliance, ethics and corporate governance matters for Auction.com from the company’s Belmont, Calif., office.

With more than 17 years of experience, Heppberger’s expertise includes securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Before joining Auction.com in 2013, Heppberger served as vice president and deputy general counsel for Yahoo!. Prior to that, she was an associate with global law firm Latham & Watkins. Heppberger holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
