Aristides Koutouvides Joins LCOR as Vice President
Real estate investment, development and management company, LCOR, announced that Aristides Koutouvides will be joining the team as vice president of asset management and acquisitions.
Berwyn, Pa.—Real estate investment, development and management company, LCOR, announced that Aristides Koutouvides will be joining the team as vice president of asset management and acquisitions. In his new role, Koutouvides will be based out of LCOR’s NYC office and will focus on LCOR’s existing residential portfolio as well as sourcing new real estate investment strategies.
Prior to joining LCOR, Koutouvides served as a team leader for the Real Estate Workout and Restructuring Group at Lehman Brothers. As team leader, he was responsible for managing a team of professionals who oversaw a $1.6 billion portfolio of legacy Lehman commercial real estate investments.
Koutouvides worked as the primary contact between LCOR and Lehman on all joint venture projects, since Lehman filed for bankruptcy. He also participated in structuring the recent recapitalization and sale of the company’s interest in LCOR, for more than $800 million to CalSTRS.
Koutouvides has experience in the real estate industry executing property business plans and exit strategies on asset investments. He also has experience in both debt and equity restructurings and financings.
Prior to Koutouvides’ role as team leader in the Real Estate Workout and Restructuring at Lehman, he served as vice president of real estate asset management for Lehman Brothers. In this role he was responsible for managing investments and risks for Lehman’s principal portfolio of real estate assets in the Americas.
Koutouvides graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Connecticut, with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Philosophy.
