Arch Cos. Adds Partner, Head of Subsidiary
Jason Paul has more than 10 years of experience in multifamily and mixed-use assets.
Arch Cos. has hired Jason Paul as a partner and head of Arch Asset Management, a subsidiary delivering asset management for both Arch and third-party owners. In this new role, Paul will contribute to each asset’s business plan and conduct management and budgeting for all properties. He will also coordinate with all internal and external professionals involved in all property-associated transactions.
Paul has 12 years of experience in the multifamily and mixed-use markets, especially with New York City-based firms. During his career, he collaborated with a wide array of contractors, vendors, property managers, commercial tenants and real estate professionals across the U.S.
Before joining Arch Asset Management, Paul was a partner with Sugar Hill Capital Partners and head of property management with G-Way Management LLC. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Hunter College of The City University of New York.
Arch Cos. has recently shown a strong interest in the Jacksonville multifamily market. The real estate firm made two value-add acquisitions in a single week, adding a 692-unit community and a 176-unit asset to its local portfolio.
