AOG Living has broken ground on Novum Plano, a 147-unit age-restricted community in Plano, Texas. CBRE secured debt for this project through a regional bank and is also in charge with equity placement. Delivery is expected by late 2025.

Designed by FK Architecture, the future four-story Novum Plano will consist of units with studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts. It will cater to residents 55 and over.

On-site amenities will include a saltwater pool, pickleball court, fitness center, hair and nail salon, theater and game lounge, dog park, outdoor kitchen and covered parking garage.

Novum Plano will be at intersection between Preston Road and Rasor Boulevard, 25 miles from downtown Dallas and just off Sam Rayburn Tollway and State Highway 289. The site is close to several dining and retail options, including an IKEA and a Walmart Supercenter. Baylor Scott & White Medical Center is less than 3 miles away.

Since its inception, AOG Living has acquired, built or developed north of 20,000 residential units. Earlier this year, the firm partnered with Taurus Investment Holdings for the development of a 348-unit multifamily project in Manor, Texas. The Evergreen at Whisper Valley is slated for completion by March 2026.
