Anthology Completes 2 Luxury Senior Projects Near Boston

Anthology Senior Living has completed Anthology of Natick and Anthology on Millis, two luxury senior housing communities near Boston.
Callahan Construction Managers served as construction manager and The Architectural Team as the main architect. WBA Engineers was the mechanical engineer, along with GLM Engineering as civil engineer, while Dubin Engineers provided plumbing services and Electrical Systems Engineering electrical services.
Anthology of Millis encompasses 14 independent living townhouses and a main building comprising 67 assisted living units and 24 memory care units with studios, one- and two-bedroom floorplans ranging between 334 and 1,232 square feet. The 117,268-square-foot building is located at 125 Dover Road, near the Charles River in Millis, Mass.
Located at 119 E. Central St. in Natick, Mass., Anthology of Natick is within walking distance of several retail centers, dining options and other points of interest, such as the Natick Mall and the Natick Community Senior Center. The 82,274-square-foot building incorporates 62 assisted living and 24 memory care units. Common-area amenities include a commercial kitchen, a fitness room, a game room, a theater and landscaped outdoor areas.
The two luxury communities also feature care team members on-site 24/7, assistance with daily activities, coordination of care, specialized wellness services, in-suite personal alert system, transportation, housekeeping and maintenance services.
Anthology has also topped out this year on a 121-unit assisted living and memory care community in Dallas. PRDG Architects provided the design and Cadence McShane Construction Co. serves as general contractor for that project.
