Anthology Senior Living Tops Off Dallas Project
The project broke ground in November 2021 and is expecting completion this summer.
Anthology Senior Living has topped off Anthology of Highland Park, a 121-unit assisted living and memory care community in Dallas. PRDG Architects provided the design and Cadence McShane Construction Co. serves as general contractor.
The developer broke ground on the project in November 2021, financing its construction with a $41.7 million loan from First National Bank of Omaha. Completion is expected this summer.
The 11-story community will include 24 memory care units on the second floor and 97 assisted living apartments comprising studio, one- and two-bedroom floorplans. Resident amenities are slated to encompass a theater, fitness center, library, pub with fireplace and top-floor dining area, as well as 58 subterranean parking spaces.
The facility will also feature an on-site salon and barber shop. Additionally, a wide array of services will be provided, from fitness and wellness programs and personalized health plans to transportation and housecleaning.
Located at 4215 Herschel Ave., across from The Shops at Highland Park, the 130,000-square foot property will be roughly 5 miles north of downtown Dallas and 3 miles from Dallas Love Field Airport. The surrounding area has various shops and restaurants, and Parkland Health is some 3 miles southwest.
