Amy Neches Joins TMG Partners

San Fransico—TMG Partners, a San Francisco Bay Area full service real estate and management company, announced an addition to the firm’s development team—tenured San Francisco Redevelopment Agency veteran Amy Neches.
Neches joins TMG Partners as a Partner and brings more than 30 years of real estate and finance experience. Neches worked for 17 years with the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency as a senior real estate negotiator and project manager. She served as one of the city’s lead negotiators for the 303-acre master planned Mission Bay redevelopment and was instrumental in the development of AT&T Ballpark and the surrounding areas.
Prior to her work with TMG and the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency, Neches held positions in real estate lending and affordable housing development in San Francisco, as well as six years in investment banking in New York, concentrating in mortgage and asset-backed securities. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s in business administration from Yale University. Neches is also chair with the Urban Land Institute Public Private Partnership Council, executive committee member on the ULI San Francisco District Council, and vice president of the Board of Directors of the Golden Gate Chapter for Lambda Alpha International.
