American Utility Management Appoints Jeff Smedley to Head West Coast Sales
American Utility Management, a multifamily energy services provider, announced the appointment of Jeff Smedley as vice president, sales.
LOMBARD, Ill.—American Utility Management (AUM), a multifamily energy services provider, announced the appointment of Jeff Smedley as vice president, sales. In his new role, Smedley will be the AUM point-of-contact for new potential clients’ strategic priorities as they relate to multifamily energy management.
Smedley brings over 20 years’ experience in multifamily executive selling and other executive functions such as marketing, communications, business development, customer segment marketing and publishing.
He is an active member of the NAA National Suppliers Council and NAA’s Communications Advisory Board, as well as other multifamily industry associations. Smedley will be based in California and responsible for AUM’s West Coast business development, as well as several strategic prospect accounts.
