AMCAL Multi-Housing Hires Chief Estimator

Allan Backhaus Jr. has joined AMCAL Multi-Housing in the new position of chief estimator. Backhaus has an extensive resume in construction cost estimating on a variety of construction projects throughout the United States.

Backhaus is expected to be a key player on the corporate cost/design/efficiency committee. Hisinitial assignments will include a transit oriented development in San Diego, and two new Los Angeles projects.
