Alliance Residential Announces Southeast Development Director
Alliance Residential recently appointed Silas Graham as Managing Director of Development for the Southeast.
Atlanta—Alliance Residential recently appointed Silas Graham as Managing Director of Development for the Southeast. Graham, who has 12 years of industry experience, has been involved in the development, acquisition and financing of more than $550 million worth of assets. In his current role, he will focus on Alliance’s development and acquisition activities throughout Georgia and the Carolinas.
Graham’s appointment is part of Alliance’s strategic expansion of resources in key markets across the country, including Orlando, Tampa, San Diego and Seattle. Since 2001, the company has invested $2.7 billion in the development of more than 20,000 units and $1.4 billion in the acquisition of more than 13,000 units. The firm plans to break ground on 5,000 units this year.
Prior to joining Alliance, Graham served as the Managing Director of the Allen Harrison Company, a privately-held real estate investment and service company specializing in multifamily investments. Before that, he worked for the Archon Group, a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, with responsibility for multifamily, retail and hotel development and acquisition in the United States and in Mexico.
