AHEPA Management Company Names Angela Clements as Regional Manager

Houston—AHEPA Management Company, a property management firm, which provides onsite management for affordable senior housing communities nationwide, has announced the promotion of Angela Clements, CPO, to the position of Regional Manager for Region 2. In her new role, Clements oversees the property managers and operations for 13 affordable senior apartment properties managed by AHEPA Management Company, including financials, daily operations, maintenance upkeep, yearly budgets, inspections and property visits. Region 2 locations include properties in Texas, Iowa, California and New Mexico. The properties in Houston include AHEPA 29, AHEPA 29-II and AHEPA 29-III Apartments located at 13830 Canyon Hill, as well as AHEPA 29-IV Apartments at  8401 Rustling Leaves Drive.

Clements has over 10 years of experience in property management supervision. Previously, she served as Property Manager for Coordinated Service Management of Roanoke, VA, where she managed senior housing, Section 202 properties, assisted living facilities and Alzheimer care facilities. She has also been a Realtor® for Coldwell Banker and worked at Marriott International, Courtyard by Marriott as Front Desk Supervisor and Towne Place Suites as Assistant General Manager.

Clements holds her Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) designation from the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA.) Clements majored in Hotel & Restaurant Management at Johnson and Wales University of Providence, RI. She is a native of Cleveland OH, and currently resides in Houston.
