Affirmed Housing Opens CA Affordable Senior Property
Bella Vita is a 65-unit development in Carson. The community serves low-income seniors and includes 3,000 square feet of commercial place.

Affirmed Housing Group has opened the doors of Bella Vita, a $25 million affordable development in Carson, Calif., that will serve low-income seniors. According to Yardi Matrix data, the developer used a $17 million loan originated by U.S. Bank to fund the construction of the 65-unit property.
Located at 320 E. Sepulveda Blvd. on a 1.2-acre site at the corner with Panama Avenue, the property is within a 10-minute drive of Interstate 110. Bella Vita consists of 58 one- and seven two-bedroom units, all set aside for seniors earning 30 to 60 percent of the area’s median income. The property features 3,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Amenities spread across 15,150 square feet and include:

- community room
- laundry facilities
- outdoor lounge
- park area
At the end of last year, Affirmed Housing welcomed 42 low-income families and veterans at Eastgate, an affordable community in San Marcos, Calif.
