Luxury Miami Condo Tower Slated to Break Ground

The Edgewater project will rise 56 stories.

Moss Construction got the assignment of general contractor for Villa Miami, a 56-story luxury waterfront condominium tower in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood, scheduled to break ground this summer.

The new condominium development marks the first project involving the Major Food Group, Terra Group and One Thousand Group working together. Douglas Elliman is handling marketing and sales.

The condominium tower will be at 710 NE 29 St. and is designed to rise 650 feet, with a distinctive copper color exterior design, engineered by structural design company DeSimone. The development team also includes Charles & Co. as interior designer, Enea Garden Design as landscape architect and ODP Architects as architect of record.

Elsewhere across metro Miami, The Related Group is working on the ultra-luxury Residences at Six Fisher Island condo project. The developer recently secured a $400 million construction loan for the development.

Luxurious interiors & wellness-infused amenities

Villa Miami will encompass 72 full and half-floor residences with panoramic views. Interiors will feature terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows, entry foyers and floorplans with 10-foot ceiling heights.

Common-area amenities, on levels 1 to 5, will include estate manager service Major Domo, a poolside service, a spa center, a fitness center, a game room, a screening room, boxing and yoga rooms, a boardroom, a rooftop helipad, a branded beach club, a fully serviced pool deck and swimming pool.

Additional on-site features will include a restaurant with private lounge spaces, as well as access to at-home chef services. The fifth floor will offer a sauna, a spa and beauty salon with changing rooms, treatment rooms, chromotherapy sensory shower spaces, a relaxation lounge and multiple hot and cold plunges and changing rooms.
