Community Gets Lift by Offering Professional Moving Services to New Residents

Moving Day can be a headache for new residents, so one luxury apartment community offered two free hours of professional mover services and that gave their lease-up quite the lift.
Cardinal Moving, a locally owned and operated company based in Louisville, manages a fleet of 22 trucks and performs about 15 to 20 moving jobs per day. Summer is the busy season, and business hasn’t slowed because of Covid-19.
Cardinal struck an agreement with new luxury community Upton Oxmoor in Louisville where its services are promoted and discounted. The apartment company pays for the first two hours.
