Sky-High Amenity Debuts at Manhattan Tower
The rooftop club caps The Eugene, the sole residential component of Brookfield Property Partners' massive Manhattan West project.

The Hudson Club, a rooftop members-only club at The Eugene, a newly completed 62-story residential tower in Manhattan, has opened. The club features a sunroom with cocktail bar, private dining room with chef’s kitchen, poker/game room, piano lounge with a fireplace, and a 4,600-square-foot rooftop terrace that includes barbeque areas, lounge chairs, and views of the city.
The club is a major part of the amenity package at the 844-unit The Eugene, which is a rental property. Leasing of the property launched in March is ahead of schedule, with the building currently 67 percent leased.
Other amenities at The Eugene are health and wellness programming, a rock climbing wall and golf simulator managed by La Palestra, and experiential-driven services provided by LIVunLtd, a custom concierge specialist. The property also sports a regulation-size indoor basketball court that was the site of the Monse fashion show during New York Fashion Week.
Manhattan West
The Eugene is the only apartment project at Manhattan West, a development neighboring Related’s Hudson Yards mega-development on the far West Side of Manhattan. Brookfield Property Partners developed The Eugene.
Manhattan West is an eight-acre, six-building mixed-use project stretching from Ninth to Tenth avenues and 31st to 33rd streets. Besides The Eugene, the development will feature nearly 6 million square feet of office space (including The Lofts, Five Manhattan West, and the brand-new One and Two Manhattan West) and a boutique hotel. Arts Brookfield, Brookfield’s arts and entertainment program, will curate art and events in the mixed-use property.
