ZOM Living has completed construction on Maizon at Brickell, a 262-unit luxury community in Miami’s financial district of Brickell. The developer broke ground on the project in 2017, using $51.8 million in construction financing from Santander Bank, according to Yardi Matrix data. Moss Construction was the general contractor, while MSA Architects designed the multifamily high-rise.

Located at 221 SW 12th St., the 1.3-acre property is between Interstate 95 and Southside Park, close to shopping, dining and cultural venues, minutes away from public beaches. The location is easily accessible by train or bus and Miami International Airport is some 8 miles northwest of the community.

Maizon at Brickell encompasses both a 19-story and an eight-story component, with an attached parking garage. Additionally, the community features 15,000 square feet of retail space and 3,400 square feet of amenity space designed by RD Jones. The unit mix includes studios, one- to three-bedroom units and penthouse apartments, ranging in size from 490 to 1,234 square feet. Amenities include a pool deck, an aqua lounge, a fitness club, electric car charging stations, bike storage and smart package lockers. ZRS Management is Maizon’s property manager.
