Yardi announces new multifamily solutions at the 2012 NAA Education Conference & Exposition.

Santa Barbara, Calif.— Yardi recently announced that in just three months, more than 100 clients have adopted Voyager SaaS (Voyager S) in the Yardi Cloud.

More than 50 new clients and 50 current clients have adopted Voyager S since its introduction in March 2012. Voyager S provides:

  • State of the art, scalable, secure infrastructure
  • High performance systems with disaster recovery
  • Management of software and hardware upgrades
  • Simplified implementation using industry best practices
  • Improved customer service

There have been several multifamily technology announcements coinciding with the opening of the 2012 NAA Education Conference & Exposition in Boston. Yardi and G5 announced that the two companies have formed an alliance to provide an end-to-end leasing and resident lifecycle offering for multifamily property managers, prospects and residents.

Yardi Resident Portalâ„¢ and Yardi Online Leasingâ„¢ now integrate seamlessly with G5 SEO-Optimized Websites, as well as other G5 services that drive more visitors to properties. Yardi Resident Portal and Yardi Online Leasing are supported by Yardi PopCardâ„¢, a lead tracking and CRM solution that provides automated tracking of prospects with alerts.

Yardi also announced that it will launch Yardi Leasing Padâ„¢ at the NAA conference.

This will provide property managers mobile leasing capabilities as they interact with prospects and residents while walking the community, or offsite. Leasing managers can step a prospect through the leasing process from initial contact to online lease execution, or assist a resident during move in, move out, or renewal—all from their tablet.
