Nine months after breaking ground on the property, Wood Partners has opened Alta Champions Circle, a 285-unit luxury community in Fort Worth, Texas. According to Yardi Matrix data, the developer financed the project with a $27.3 million construction loan from Associated Bank, due to mature in 2022.

Situated on more than 15 acres at 15848 Championship Parkway in northern Fort Worth, the community consists of three-story buildings with one- to three-bedroom units averaging 957 square feet. Amenities include a swimming pool, pet park, party room and fitness center, but also micro-offices available for rent. Wood Residential Services will manage the property.

Alta Champions Circle is 21 miles north of downtown Fort Worth, near State Highway 114 and Interstate 35. Adjacent to The Golf at Champions Circle, the community is less than a mile from the recently completed Tanger Outlet Mall and a mile south of Texas Motor Speedway.

In December, Wood Partners started construction on two more luxury communities in the Lone Star State. The developments, totaling 607 units, are slated for completion in late 2020 and early 2021, respectively.
