Wood Partners has opened Alta Blue Goose, a 300-unit luxury multifamily community in Austin, Texas. The development is subject to a $25.7 million construction loan from Truist Bank originated in 2021, according to Yardi Matrix data. Wood Residential will manage the property.

The property comprises nine three-story buildings which incorporate one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans ranging from 582 to 1,580 square feet. Apartments feature in-unit washers and dryers, vinyl-plank flooring and private balconies or patios. Resident amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, clubhouse and outdoor entertainment area, along with 530 parking spaces.

Located at 8110 Blue Goose Road, the roughly 13.6-acre property is off Highway 290, some 11 miles from downtown Austin and 7 miles south of Austin Executive Airport. It is also within accessible range of large tech employers such as Samsung, Tesla and Dell.

Wood Partners currently owns 70 properties at a total of more than 20,000 units across the U.S. Earlier this month, the developer delivered a 352-unit property in Charlotte, N.C., and also broke ground on a community in the Inland Empire.
