Wood Partners Opening Luxury Townhomes in Austin
Alta Wildhorse Ranch is the developer’s third project in the past year.
Wood Partners has debuted a new luxury townhouse community, Alta Wildhorse Ranch, in Austin. The luxury townhouse community is located off U.S. Highway 290 and Texas SH-130.
This is Wood Partners’ third Austin property in the past year. Greystar, which took over Wood Partners’ property management business earlier this year, will manage the site. The community comprises 267 townhouse residences in one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans and two studio apartments.
Some residences include smart-home features, while the penthouses come outfitted with contemporary storefront windows and panoramic views.
Busy market
There are various recreation and shopping options nearby. The property is also proximate to various key employers. Samsung Semiconductor, Dell Technologies and St. David’s Healthcare are within a short driving distance, as is Tesla. Nearby recreation options include Walter E. Long Metropolitan Park, Manor Community Park, Shadow Glen Golf Club, Travis County East Metropolitan Park and McKinney State Park.
Late last year, Wood Partners opened Alta at The Farm, a new 325-unit apartment property in the Dallas-Fort Worth. The community is part of The Farm, a 135-acre mixed-used development in Allen, Texas.
