Moving is stressful. What could you put in a welcome basket to make your new residents feel at home in their new apartment?

Moving to a new apartment can be really stressful for residents. If they’re new to the area, they might not know what’s nearby. Wouldn’t it be nice to make your new residents feel more at ease and happy with their decision to move to your building?
Maybe you could provide a welcome basket to your new residents filled with some goodies to help make the transition easier for them. It would be the first step in making an apartment feel like a home, instead of just a place to crash.
