Vantage Assumes Helm at The Premier in Silver Spring
Vantage Management recently took over the management of The Premier, a six-month-old, 14-story high-rise apartment tower in Silver Spring, Md. Owned by Guardian Realty Investors and designed by WDG Architects, The Premier features 160 residential units, as well as retail space.

Germantown, Md.—Vantage Management recently took over the management of The Premier, a six-month-old, 14-story high-rise apartment tower in Silver Spring, Md. Owned by Guardian Realty Investors and designed by WDG Architects, The Premier features 160 residential units, as well as retail space.
Residences include studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans offering panoramic Silver Spring views. Apartments include high-end features like stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and wide plan wood flooring. The Premier is both a pet-friendly and a 100-percent smoke-free building.

He adds that Vantage is excited to be selected as the property management agent for The Premier and to begin a new relationship with owner Guardian Realty Investors.
“The Premier is located in a thriving Silver Spring market that is saturated with a number of new apartment communities in lease-up, so we have our work cut out for us,” Marson says. “Bringing this property onboard is in line with our growth strategy in the greater D.C. market. It’s an opportunity for us to demonstrate our expertise to lease up a new luxury building and compete in an established market like Silver Spring.”
