Hartz Mountain Industries opened The Harper at Harmon Meadow. The three-building property is part of a 3.5 million-square-foot, mixed-use development in Secaucus.

Hartz Mountain Industries and city officials have celebrated the grand opening of The Harper at Harmon Meadow, an upscale 469-unit community in Secaucus, N.J. The property is part of Harmon Meadow, a shopping, dining and entertainment development. Leasing for The Harper has already commenced, with rents starting at $1,780 a month.
Located at 100 Park Plaza Drive, The Harper comprises three mid-rise buildings and features studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Each apartment has an open layout, washer and dryer, granite countertops in the kitchen and stainless steel Energy Star appliances. Amenities of the property include:

Accessible location
Situated just off Route 3 and less than three miles from the Lincoln Tunnel, The Harper at Harmon Meadows has a NJ Transit bus stop right in front of the property. With immediate bus service to the Port Authority and direct shuttle service to Secaucus Junction, The Harper provides direct access to the New Jersey Turnpike.
The Harper is tucked into the northeastern corner of the 3.5 million-square-foot Harmon Meadow, which features nearly 30 restaurants, a movie theatre, convention center, nine hotels, as well as several shopping and dining options. Nightlife destinations in New York City, Hoboken and downtown Jersey City are also nearby.
Last year, Hartz Mountain Industries completed 3 Journal Square in Jersey City, N.J., in a joint venture with Panepinto Properties. The luxury community features 240 units.
