UAH Promotes New President

Susanne Kleins

UAH, a division of Mayfair Management Group, has selected Susanne Kleins to become the new president of its property management company, following the announced retirement of Michael Clark, who will transition out of the role. Kleins possesses more than 30 years of property management experience and will move from her current position as the firm’s COO.

Kleins joined UAH in March 2017, following five years as a vice president with Dominium in the Dallas area. Prior to this position, she worked as a regional vice president for JRK Property Holdings. Kleins is a current Certified Property Manager candidate who holds several certifications in a number of affordable housing programs.

“With the announcement of Mike’s transition, we are quite pleased to also announce the promotion of Susanne Kleins to president of UAH,” said Carlos Cepeda, CEO of Mayfair, in a prepared statement. “Susanne is a respected and admired industry professional with over 30 years of experience in all facets of property management.”
