Alliance Residential Announces 2 Denver Properties

Pre-leasing has started at the luxury communities, which the company will manage.

Alliance Residential Company has begun pre-leasing Highlands32 and Dylan, two new Broadstone multifamily communities in Denver.

“Alliance Residential Company exists to create lifestyles, homes and opportunities of unparalleled quality and Alliance’s trademark Broadstone development collection is built for renters-by-choice of all ages—each of these thoughtfully-created, luxury apartment communities offers a unique persona and design, with world-class service and amenities,” Andy Clay, Alliance’s managing director, told MHN. “Both communities are designed for the lifestyle of the neighborhood and residents who enjoy living there.”

Set to open in January at 3251 Lowell Blvd., Highlands32 features 148 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes ranging from 452 to 1,142 square feet, with rents from $1,550 to $3,045. Residences feature designer kitchens with European-style cabinets, luxurious bathrooms and panoramic views of the Denver skyline and Rocky Mountains.

Community amenities include a resident lounge with TVs and multimedia connectivity, a 24-hour fitness center, a pet and bike wash, bike repair shop and storage and a rooftop terrace with kitchen, grill and communal dining.
