Trump Estates Private Mansions Launched at AKOYA by DAMAC Project in Dubai

Trump and DAMAC Properties launched a limited number of private luxury villas and mansions in Dubai, called Trump PRVT.

Dubai, UAE –Trump and DAMAC Properties launched a limited number of private luxury villas and mansions in Dubai, called Trump PRVT. Set within Trump Estates–a private, gated island community with over 100 luxury villas unveiled exactly a year ago at AKOYA by DAMAC–the new homes are being made available with a starting price of around $1.8 million.

Built around Trump International Golf Club, Dubai–an 18-hole championship golf course, the first Trump-managed golf facility in Asia –AKOYA by DAMAC is a 42 million square-foot master development near Umm Suqeim Road in Dubailand. It features luxury villas and mansions, private apartments, hotels and branded serviced living units as well as a 1.55 mile outdoor retail strip called The Drive/AKOYA. The full project is scheduled to reach completion in 2018 but initial phases will be move-in-ready by early 2016.

The TRUMP PRVT mansions will be available in six designs and each one will include a private pool and deck, spacious balconies, private gardens and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the adjacent Golf Club. Trump PRVT promises “resplendent interiors,” “imposing architecture” and “meticulous craftsmanship” to the future owners of the Dubai mansions, along with the other benefits prime location. Owners will also receive a Trump PRVT lifestyle card and a personalized golf cart to travel around the estate.

The luxury residences have been brought to the market following a strong buyer response to the initial launch of the Trump Estates mansions and these new homes are built to the highest international luxury design standards, according to a DAMAC Properties. “The top-end of the luxury real estate market in Dubai remains very strong, with end-users sourcing the most elite living experiences,” said Senior Vice President Niall McLoughlin. The luxury real estate developer has delivered almost 13,000 homes and has a development portfolio of over 38,000 units at various stages of progress and planning.
