Trez Forman Expands, Opens Atlanta Office
Russ Holland will lead the private real estate lender’s expansion in the metro, which is intended to become the company’s Southeast U.S. hub.
Trez Forman Capital has opened a regional office in Atlanta, which serves as a starting point for the company’s continued growth in the Southeast U.S. region. Russ Holland, a veteran banker and real estate lender with more than 30 years of experience, joined Trez Forman as managing director of the new Atlanta office located at 3414 Peachtree Road N.E. in the Buckhead district.
“Atlanta is a critical piece of our long-term business plan,” Brett Forman, president & CEO of Trez Forman, said in prepared remarks. “Establishing a physical presence in the city allows us to accommodate the intense demand from our borrowers who are aggressively looking to invest and develop there.”
Holland has held senior-level executive roles at several banks in the Southeast and New York, originating more than $6 billion in commercial loan transactions. Prior to joining Trez Forman, Holland served as chief credit officer at Fieldpoint Private in New York. His experience in the Atlanta market includes serving as chief credit officer at SouthCrest Bank and a 10-year tenure with Bank of America as a commercial lender.
