Toll Brothers JV Brings Luxury to Boston Suburb

Boston—Toll Brothers Inc. has announced the completion of the 249-unit Parc Westborough, a luxury apartment community located in Westborough, Mass.

The property, which was open for leasing at the time of publication, is the result of a joint venture between Toll Brothers Apartment Living and The Davis Cos. Woburn-based Tocci Building Cos. served as construction manager, working in collaboration with architectural firm Barton Partners.

Situated at 346 Turnpike Road, the pet-friendly community offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units in a dense retail area. Sitting along the Boston-Worchester Turnpike corridor, Parc Westborough is within a short distance from a plethora of shopping destinations, including nearby Target, Walmart Supercenter, Speedway Plaza, Westmeadow Plaza, Olde Shrewsbury Village Shopping Center and the Super Stop & Shop-anchored Shrewsbury Crossing.

Close to the Westborough MBTA station, Parc Westborough also sits within a 15-minute drive from a number of major employers, including AstraZeneca, IBM and American Superconductor.

The extensive list of on-site amenities includes a clubhouse, resident lounge, 24-hour fitness center, saltwater pool with sundeck, public Wi-Fi, dog spa, outdoor grills and fire pit, as well as on-site maintenance and management.
