Toll Brothers, Equity Residential Open Luxury Texas Property

Equity Residential and Toll Brothers Apartment Living have opened Remy, a luxury mid-rise community in Frisco, Texas. The 357-unit property is located at 5775 Blairview St.
Remy apartment homes include quartz countertops, flat panel cabinetry, pendant lighting and Whirlpool stainless steel appliances. The kitchen and living areas have luxury hardwood-style flooring, carpeted bedrooms and large closets. Select residences offer options for outdoor space with a private balcony, patio or fenced-in yard.
Community amenities include a pool with a sundeck; an outdoor courtyard with kitchen, hammocks and firepit; a two-story state-of-the-art fitness center with yoga room and indoor cycling area and a sky lounge with terrace and firepit.
Residents have access to a game lounge, private and communal coworking spaces and a movie lounge. Additional community amenities include a pet spa, gaming lawn and parking garage with EV charging stations.
Santander Bank lent a $55 million construction loan for Remy, which broke ground in November 2022.
Toll Brothers activity
This month in Atlanta, Toll Brothers launched sales at Vantage at The Station, a 96-unit luxury condominium property in Sunnyvale, Calif. The seven-story building at 1155 Aster Ave. includes one- to three-bedroom residences with floorplans ranging from 976 to 2,685 square feet. The condominium property features one- and two-story homes with one or two parking spots per unit.
Also this month, Toll Brothers Campus Living opened Kinetic, a 239-unit, 752-bed student housing community in Atlanta. The developer broke ground on the Class A property in July 2022 and financed the construction with a $91 million loan from U.S. Bank.
