Timberland Partners Adds Regional Property Manager
Meet Sundae Caudle, Timberland's most recent district manager.
Sundae Caudle, district manager, Timberland Partners
Nashville, Tenn.—Timberland Partners recently announced the appointment of Sundae Caudle as district manager.
Bringing over two decades of industry experience to the table, she will be a part of Timberland’s Tennessee-area operations, managing the overall performance of a multi-site portfolio. The fields that she will cover include staffing, marketing, customer relations and financial performance of portfolio communities.
Prior to joining Timberland Partners, Caudle most recently served Elmington Property Management Co. as regional manager. Her track record also includes stints with Milestone Management and First Management Services. “Sundae is an experienced and highly successful multifamily professional that brings an incredible amount of knowledge and acumen to the position,” said Mark Moore, EVP of operations, in prepared remarks.
She holds several property management certifications and is also involved in the IREM and NAA local chapters.
