Tikijian Arranges 450-Unit Community Sale

An affiliate of Birge & Held Asset Management acquired the asset from Gene B. Glick Co., the Indianapolis-based developer that built the property in two phases between 1980 and 1987.

Tikijian Associates completed the sale of Woodbridge Apartments, a 450-unit community in Ft. Wayne, Ind. Tikijian worked on behalf of the seller, Gene B. Glick Co., which built the property in two phases, wrapping the first in 1980 and the second in 1987. The buyer was an affiliate of Birge & Held Asset Management—an Indianapolis-based private equity and property management firm—which has acquired and now owns and manages more than 6,000 units across the country. 

Located at 5710 River Run Trail, the luxury development offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The pet-friendly community features common area amenities such as:

  • basketball court
  • cardio-fitness center
  • clubhouse
  • on-site laundry care center 
  • sand volleyball court
  • two swimming pools
  • wading pool and hot tub
  • balcony or patio
  • free Wi-Fi

In some units, residents can enjoy the following:

  • air conditioning
  • wood-burning fireplaces
  • dishwasher
  • loft with spiral staircase
  • walk-in closets
  • washer and dryer connections
  • all-electric kitchen

Woodbridge Apartments is close to various shopping, dining and entertainment venues, such as Regal Cinemas Coldwater Crossing 14, ALDI, Cosmos Restaurant and others. Additionally, Dupont Hospital and Parkview Hospital Randallia are nearby. Back in July, Tikijian represented The RADCO Cos., an Atlanta-based firm, in the sale of Asford at Keystone, a 455-unit community in Indianapolis.
