Phoenix—Trinsic Residential Group recently announced that its Standard Apartments community in Scottsdale will be managed by Greystar. The Charleston, S.C.-based investment management, development and property management firm will handle the upscale community, while Trinsic’s partnership with the adjacent Hotel Valley Ho will continue to be in effect, providing residents with a package of high-end amenities.
Located at 6811 E Main St. in Scottsdale, the 134-unit property is the only luxury community in the city to partner with the hospitality facility for services. As per the agreement, The Standard residents are given limited access to the OH pool, VH Spa and room service. Other amenities include a clubhouse with social spaces, an entertainment kitchen, coffee bar, resident lounge, fitness center, pool, rooftop sundeck, outdoor kitchen, as well as a pet spa.
The unit mix consists of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as penthouses, ranging between 650 and 1,750 square feet of space. Interior features include quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile back splashes, spacious walk-in closets, full size Energy Star washers and dryers, as well as skyline views of downtown Scottsdale. “The new urban community offers residents an deal location with great walkability right in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale,” Greystar Senior Managing Director of Real Estate John Rials said in prepared remarks.
According to real estate data provider Yardi Matrix, the 112,680-square-foot community charges an average rent of $1,930 per month.
