The Rent Rite Directory Partners with the Western Regional Chapter of the International Crime Free Association
ICFA is joining forces with The Rent Rite Directory, a resident and commercial tenant reporting database that offers a patent-pending system that provides background checks on prospective tenants, incident reporting, credit history and detailed criminal background reports.
Riverside, Calif.—The Western Regional Chapter of the International Crime Free Association/Crime Free Partners (ICFA) is joining forces with The Rent Rite Directory, a resident and commercial tenant reporting database that offers a patent-pending system that provides background checks on prospective tenants, incident reporting, credit history and detailed criminal background reports.
The free Incident Reporting database tracks the records of a prospective tenant’s previous dwelling, including: skips, evictions, on-property criminal activity and proxy renters—those who sign leases on behalf of tenants that would not otherwise be qualified to rent or want their name on a lease so that the management company/owner does not become aware of their criminal history.
On March 21nd 2012, the Western Regional Chapter of ICFA will be holding a one day seminar from 11am to 4:30pm at the Janet Goeske Center, 5257 Sierra Street Riverside, CA 92504 to better inform all property owners of how we can all work together to improve our communities and communicate our issues.
