The Marketing Directors to Provide Leasing and Marketing Services at NYC Community

New York—The Marketing Directors has been selected as the marketing and leasing consultant by CBSK Ironstate, a joint venture between CB Developers and Ironstate Development, for the luxury community to be built at 200 East 39^th Street in Manhattan.

Located in the highly desirable Murray Hill neighborhood, the community is a 19-story, mixed-use tower that was completed in January and offers a mix of 91 studio, one- and two-bedroom units. Residents will also have access to a rooftop deck equipped with a gas grill and lounge. The building was designed by Rawlings Architects, and CM & Associates is the general contractor for the project. Construction is slated for completion in January 2015 with leasing expected to begin this fall.

The appointment of The Marketing Directors comes on the heels of the organization’s successful sell-out of The Jefferson, a contemporary condominium community located at 211 East 13^th Street that was also developed by CBSK Ironstate. That mixed-use building features 83 residences and 115,000 square feet of retail space. Units went on the market in spring of 2013.

Renters at the community will enjoy an assortment of transit options including the nearby Grand Central Station and the 34^th Street East River Ferry Terminal, as well as an assortment of shopping and dining options. The building’s address features a Walk Score of 100.
