The LiftMaster Smart Video Intercom – M (CAPXM) displays a clear picture of access control areas. The intercom provides visibility at a building’s main entry point, as well as other areas that residents have access to, such as a front gate, fitness center, garage or pool.

The high-definition touch display is designed for intuitive navigation and the screen features picture-in-picture, while the video displays a 135-degree view.

The system provides 24/7 monitoring and real-time alerts when activity is detected. Property managers can regularly monitor designated points via LiftMaster’s live video streaming feature and can also view recorded video clips to revisit specific events. Monitoring can be integrated across several properties, and property managers can manage multiple access points from one dashboard.

Owners and managers will be able to trace events such as property damage, vandalism and other incidents that necessitate video evidence, such as accidental injury. The system also features two-factor authentication to safeguard residents’ information.

Residents can use the linked myQ app to see who’s requesting access to the building and to permit or deny access.
