Thirteen-year resident Camille Congemi says she loves living at this Coral Springs property. “We were trying to get rid of all the unnecessary stress in life, and this place does it for us,” she says. “The community is so friendly and the leasing center staff is phenomenal.” These were among the reasons why she and her husband decided to call The Hamptons on Heron Bay home.
“The kitchen is outstanding,” Congemi adds. “We couldn’t find a kitchen that big in some of the houses that we looked at.” The distinctive archways separating the living room and dining room were also a big selling feature of the two-bedroom apartment—so was the open floor plan, because the Congemis host all of the family gatherings.
