The Altman Cos. has opened its latest Altís-branded apartment community in Pembroke Pines, Fla. Offering 280 luxury units, Altís Pembroke Gardens has welcomed its first residents and will hold an open house on December 9th.

Located at 500 S.W. 145th Ave., the building is accessible via Interstate 75 and Pines Boulevard. Its positioning, within the open-air Shops at Pembroke Gardens, provides residents access to more than 50 stores and approximately 25 restaurants, including Fuddruckers, The Cheesecake Factory and a sushi bar. The Altman Cos. broke ground on Altís Pembroke Gardens in January 2016, and construction was funded with a $44.7 million construction mortgage held by PNC Bank, according to Yardi Matrix. The property began pre-leasing activities earlier this year.
