Austin, TexasTaylor Morrison’s Traditions at Vizcaya in Austin will be enriched by a 3,600-square-foot amenity center that will include a pool, playscape and open-air pavilion. The company has already begun construction.

“We’ve always felt that our customers deserve to live in the community of their dreams, so we designed Traditions at Vizcaya to serve the people who will call it home,” said Tim Towell, president of Taylor Morrison’s Austin division. “This means creating an amenity-rich neighborhood that provides residents with everything they need to live, work and play.”

The community is adjacent to the developer’s First 55 and Better community in Austin, Heritage at Vizcaya, but the two neighborhoods are divided, each with its own planned amenity center. “The master-planned community of Vizcaya allows multiple generations to live within walking distance of each other,” Towell said. “It’s perfect for buyers who wish to remain close to family in a neighborhood that offers the best of luxurious living.”

Traditions at Vizcaya offers homes priced from the mid $200,000 featuring spacious master suites, gourmet kitchens, media rooms, game rooms and extended covered patios with optional outdoor kitchens. Homebuyers can select from one- and two-story floor plans ranging from 1,800 to 4,000 square feet. The community is in close proximity to entertainment, recreation, world-class medical facilities including Seton Medical Center, the Texas A&M Health and Science Center; Texas State University campuses and Austin Community College are also nearby.
