Tannin Development Corp. has completed the second phase of Edison Midtown, a two-building luxury condominium community totaling 110 residences in Phoenix. The project’s Phase II consists of 60 units across a five-story building.

Phase II has been stalled for six years by the previous developer, while Phase I, which includes 50 units, came online in 2018. Tannin Development Corp. acquired the project’s site in 2021 for $2.2 million and invested $25 million to complete the community. The developer worked together with Humphreys & Partners Architects, while The Agency’s Cavanaugh Luxury Group is the marketing agent. Ameris Construction is the general contractor that had worked on the project’s second phase since 2022, according to AZ Big Media.
