Sunrise Management Recruits New VP

A 15-year industry veteran, Danielle Munoz will focus on property management for the company’s Southern California portfolio.

Sunrise Management, which specializes in managing residential real estate properties, added Danielle Munoz as its regional vice president. Based in the firm’s headquarters in San Diego, she will be responsible for property management functions throughout the Southwestern United States.

The new vice president previously worked as senior regional property manager at Pacific Living Properties. She tackled the operational performance and investment direction of no less than 17 Southern California assets. She also held the title of senior regional portfolio manager with ConAm. Being with Archstone Communities for more than a decade, she left the company in 2012 as operations manager. Prior to that, Danielle Munoz got her master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix, and her bachelor’s degree from the Occidental College in Los Angeles. Holding a California Real Estate License, Munoz formerly served as the chair for the California Apartment Association.
