StreetLights Residential has opened its latest luxury residential property in Arlington, Texas, dubbed The Jackson. Marking the developer’s first project within the more than 2,000-acre master-planned Viridian development in Tarrant County, construction of the 340-unit community commenced in late 2019.

The site is located at 4101 Viridian Village Drive, 3 miles north of Interstate 30 and roughly 20 miles of both central Fort Worth, Texas and Dallas. The property is also in proximity of Texas Live!, the area’s latest event complex near Globe Life Park and AT&T Stadium, combining entertainment, dining and hospitality services.

With The Jackson, the developer set out to meet the growing demand for boutique-style living in Arlington, as the city’s reputation as an entertainment hub strengthens, said Greg Coutant, vice president at StreetLights, in prepared remarks.

The four-story community has a unit mix of studios to three-bedroom layouts, ranging between 588 and 1,671 square feet. High-end finishes include granite countertops, custom flooring, spa inspired bathrooms and oversized walk-in closets. Amenities offer a pool deck with lounge, co-working spaces, a coffee bar, a fitness center and electric car charging stations.

WDG Architecture gave shape to the community, while Ink + Oro and StreetLights Creative Studio were in charge of interior design for common areas and residential units, respectively. SLR Construction was the general contractor and Gables Residential will oversee property management.

Last November, StreetLights opened the doors of another luxury community, in the San Diego, Calif., area. The Rylan offers 126 apartments on five stories and includes 14,570 square feet of commercial space.
