Sterling Properties Begins Leasing First Building at RiverBend East at Wappingers Falls

Wappingers Falls, N.Y.—Sterling Properties has announced that is has begun leasing in the first building of the company’s new development RiverBend East at Wappingers Falls in Dutchess County, N.Y.
The 54-unit community is located a few minutes from the previous Sterling Properties development, RiverBend at Wappinger Falls, and private tours are now being scheduled through the community’s rental manager.
“After months of anticipation, we’re beyond excited to open the first building of 27 remarkable residences at RiverBend East,” says Rosanne Brooks, Sterling Properties’ director of leasing and marketing. “The community has truly begun to come to life as residents move in and begin enjoying the amenities-rich lifestyle we’ve created.”
The community will offer one- and two-bedroom floor plans in six distinctive styles with open architectural elements and upscale finishes including 9-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops with shaker-style espresso cabinetry and ceramic tile floors, plush carpets, wood floors and bathrooms also featuring ceramic finishes. Each unit will include secured private entrances along with balconies and one-car garages. Washers and dryers are also included.
Residences are also pre-wired for Internet, cable television and telephone.
Amenities at the community include an outdoor swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center and a community clubhouse that residents can use as a gathering place for family and friends.
RiverBend East at Wappinger Falls also caters to commuters, offering convenient access to I-84, the New York State Thruway, as well as routes 9 and 9W. Stewart International Airport, which offers regional commercial flights to destinations along the East Coast, is minutes away, as is the New Hamburg Train Station, which offers direct rail service to Midtown Manhattan.
