Sterling Parc at Middletown Proclaims Leasing Success

Middletown, N.Y.—The first building at Sterling Parc at Middletown is now fully leased. The announcement was made June 11 by Livingston, N.J.-based Sterling Properties, the builder of the 192-unit luxury apartment community.

Limited opportunities exist to rent a residence in Sterling Parc at Middletown’s second and third buildings. Rents start at $1,300 per month. The community’s third building is nearing completion, and construction is underway on a fourth.

“As more restaurants, shops and other businesses open, Middletown is quickly becoming a place where residents can live, work and play,” Rosanne Brooks, Sterling’s director of sales and marketing, tells MHN.

“It’s an extremely up-and-coming city that has a clear need for a luxury rental community. We’ve seen a high level of interest from renters who are looking to lease a home with the fine finishes and high-end features that are typically reserved for for-sale communities.”

A number of features distinguish Sterling Parc at Middletown from other area rental communities. Renters can choose from five floor plans featuring one or two bedrooms, with select floor plans featuring studies.

Additional luxury touches include balconies, 9-foot-high ceilings, hardwood flooring on the first floor, designer shaker-style wood Espresso kitchen cabinets with quartz countertop and ceramic tile kitchen floors. Stainless steel appliances, including refrigerator, dishwasher, and self-cleaning gas range with microwave, are attractive features of the residences’ gourmet kitchens.

In addition to the community’s fully-appointed clubhouse, amenities to come in the near future at Sterling Parc at Middletown include an outdoor pool, patio with covered porches, bike and walking path and tot lot.

Middletown’s location is among numerous factors helping lure renters to Sterling Parc. “As renters continue to be drawn to communities that provide convenient access to highways and mass transportation, Middletown is proving to be prime for development,” Brooks says.

“It’s an especially attractive option for young professionals and anyone who commutes to New York City on a regular basis. Additionally, Sterling Parc is uniquely positioned to meet the demand for apartments that has resulted from the opening of Orange Regional Medical Center.”

Middletown, just west of the Hudson River, is a city with an incomparable school district and a number of historic landmarks and inviting retail settings. Sterling Parc is close to Interstate 84, and minutes from Rt. 17 and U.S. 6. The Middletown train station in neighboring Wallkill offers service to New Jersey and New York City via transfer at the junction in Secaucus, N.J.
