New York, N.Y.—Developer Silverstein Properties has announced the sales launch for 30 Park Place, Four Seasons Private Residences in Manhattan. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is the exclusive marketing and sales agent.
Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects and serviced by the world-famous Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, 30 Park Place will stand an impressive 926 feet high and offer sweeping 360-degree views of New York City. At 82 stories, it will be the tallest residential tower in downtown Manhattan.
Its 157 sumptuously appointed homes will rise above the 189-room Four Seasons Hotel slated to open in 2016.
Amenities featured on a private amenity floor managed by Four Seasons will include a fitness center with private yoga studio, children’s play room, private screening room with home theater cinema, private dining room with separate catering kitchen and conservatory with baby grand piano. Also featured will be a sunlit 75-foot swimming pool, package room, bike storage and parking garage.
Residents will be able to select from customized a la carte services that include in-residence dining and catering, housekeeping services, grocery and flower provisions, car service and child and pet care.
The portfolio of expansive floor plans extends in size from one- to six-bedroom homes. This selection includes a grouping of half-floor, full-floor and duplex penthouse residences featuring outdoor terraces and double-height loggias.
Nearly 14-foot-high ceilings and oversized bay windows top a lengthy list of residence features and finishes. Those appointments also include solid white oak flooring in a matte light-stain finish that captures natural light and generates warmth in each room. Featuring the finest finishes and brands, the custom-designed kitchens offer white oak-framed Bilotta cabinetry, white marble countertops, hand-made dovetail drawers in natural maple finish, polished chrome hardware and Gaggenau appliances.
A limited number of residences will offer integrated-column refrigerators, separate freezers, full-height wine refrigerators, dual wall ovens, dual dishwashers, wet bar and butler’s pantry.
Master baths offer polished Chinchilla Mink marble slab bathtubs and countertops that crown custom-designed vanities, and also feature honed marble tile floors with radiant heat.
World-acclaimed Robert A.M. Stern Architects drew inspiration from early 20th Century Manhattan architectural masterpieces, imbuing the limestone-and-precast concrete tower with an intricate shape and a standout skyline silhouette.
“Reflecting the great character and beauty of New York, 30 Park Place unveils a new caliber of luxury living that will redefine the Tribeca landscape,” says Larry Silverstein, Silverstein Properties Inc. chairman. “The impressive art deco-influenced architecture and inspired interiors by Robert A. M. Stern Architects, combined with the exceptional amenities and service of Four Seasons, provide an unmatched experience for residents in Downtown Manhattan.”
Paul White, vice president of residential, Four Seasons Hotels and Resort, observes there is no more appropriate brand than Four Seasons to define luxury residential ownership.
“From architecture to interior design, service offering and residential amenities, every detail is carefully planned and executed, creating a coveted lifestyle, unlike any other,” White says.
