Glendale, Calif.—The REMM Group has added two premium multifamily properties to its Southern California management portfolio; Oasis at Bermuda Dunes, located in Bermuda Dunes, Calif., and The Link, soon to be built in Glendale, Calif.
“They are a confirmation that our go-beyond-expectations approach to management is the right strategy for today’s market,” Christine A. Dales, REMM’s chief operating officer, told MHN. “Our mission is to provide real estate solutions that create value for our clients, provide exceptional customer service and foster lasting relationships with our clients, residents and vendors. We are excited to put those goals to work for these properties.”
Oasis at Bermuda Dunes, soon to be renamed Medici Apartment Homes, features 140 luxury apartment villas across the street from the Bermuda Dunes Country Club. Units offer raised ceilings, granite counter tops, high-quality cabinets, tiled entryways and full-size washers and dryers. Community amenities include a pool, spa and a fitness center.
“The clubhouse is being remodeled and will include a Kids Zone. There will also be a glass wall between the clubhouse and the Kids Zone so the parents can keep an eye on their children as they enjoy the clubhouse,” Dales said. “The property also offers a conference room and business center.”
The Link, a mixed-use property, will feature 141 rental apartments and resident recreation on four upper floors. It will also include more than 8,600 square feet of ground level retail shops and 4,800 square feet of commercial studio space.
The property will have extensive recreation facilities for the residents that include an outdoor area with cabanas and a fitness lounge, as well as a clubhouse with dinning space. The Link apartments will be within a short walk of many major employers, medical facilities, public transportation and retail establishments.
“The Link’s location allows the residents to enjoy shopping and dining without ever getting in their cars,” Dales said. “Today’s residents are looking for a home where they can walk to work and entertainment. The Link offers these benefits while living in a beautiful space.”
According to Dales, both properties are designed to satisfy the demands of a new population of discerning renters that would have sought home-ownership in the past.
“The appeal for us was the opportunity to work with owners that have a similar view to ours, striving to provide residents with a great rental experience and to enable the properties to delivery a living environment that result in a winning experience for the communities, residents and owners,” she said.
