Samuels & Associates and its partner Landsea Holdings Corp. have opened Pierce Boston, a luxury tower in Boston‘s The Fenway neighborhood, featuring 240 rental apartments, 109 for-sale condominium units and 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and dining.
Designed by Arquitectonica, the 30-story property is located at the intersection of Brookline Avenue and Boylston Street, featuring an angular profile sheathed in glass. Pierce Boston marks the architectural firm’s first asset in Boston.
Condo vs. Apartment Living
The 240 rental apartments feature studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans ranging from 437 to 1,472 square feet. Residents of the apartment portion have access to amenities such as a rooftop pool, fitness room and yoga studio, 18th floor lounge, arcade, theater and 24-hour concierge.
The 109 luxury condos are offered in one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans, plus 10 penthouse suites, all located between the 19th and 29th levels. Interior features include quartz Calacatta Caesarstone waterfall kitchen countertops, professional-grade Wolf appliances, Sub-Zero refrigerators, Bosch dishwashers, oversized closets, tubs and showers with white back-painted glass tile, high ceilings, 7-inch wide plank European Oak wood flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows and stackable washer/dryers, as well as private balconies in the penthouses.
