Sagora Senior Living Sets Foot in Katy, TX
The senior housing operator acquired The Orchard Assisted Living & Memory Care, their first community in Katy, Texas. The property consists of 50 assisted living units and 40 memory care apartments.
Senior housing operator Sagora Senior Living has expanded its presence in the South Houston area through the recent acquisition of The Orchard Assisted Living & Memory Care in Katy, Texas. The company began the operational transition of the community on May 1.
The facility is a retirement community with 50 assisted living apartments and 40 memory care units located at 24802 Kingsland Blvd. Amenities include a full beauty salon, movie theater, bistro and coffee shop, library, gym, landscaped courtyards with walking trails, pull cords and pendants for assistance, safety equipped bathrooms and planned social activities throughout the day.

Sagora counts now 28 communities across the nation, 18 of which are in Texas.
